Services are
based just outside Selby, North Yorkshire, a small business
that prides itself in offering that extra special one to one
service that you don't find in the more high profile
companies.
Working directly with you from the onset to produce a website
that is right for you, I will only publish the site when you are
ready and satisfied with the work. To this end I ask for no
monies 'up front' and will only invoice the work when you
are happy with the finished product. The service doesn't stop there, your site
will almost certainly need some updating throughout the year
and I will be on hand to make those alterations as and when
they are needed.
I
don't have the financial constraints like premises, staff,
overheads etc that a large publisher would have and
therefore I can offer, what I believe, is a better all round
package for the budget conscious client. By charging a reasonable rate for my work I can ensure that I will still be around when you
need me, unlike some ventures which appear to have no vision
of the future.
Quite
often a company may have an employee with some web design
and publishing knowledge and therefore rather use them than
employ someone else, but consider for a moment the loss of
earning potential that person has whilst researching,
writing, publishing and updating the site. Sprocket Internet
Services take care of the whole process from start to
publishing and beyond, so your business has one less project
to worry about and can get on with what it does best.
All
my work is bespoke, designed entirely around your
requirements to give your site that truly unique feel.
Navigation is simple as I don't believe in cluttering the
site with irrelevant information. I start by gleaning as much information about your
business as possible, taking note of any special
requirements, style, colour, layout etc that you may have in
mind. As you know how your business works, you should supply as much text, graphics, logo's etc as possible to
create the site content. If you are local to me I will
come to see you but this is not necessary as all content can
either be emailed or sent in the post. Once the initial design stage
is complete you will be able to view your site 'live'
through a portal which will allow me to continue making the
necessary 'nips & tweaks' until you are happy for it go
truly live on the Internet. Your site will then be
submitted to the best search engines on the 'net.
